Fundamental Duties linked with Aadhar (Recognizing and Awarding)
When society grows every time they can't ask for rights, rights come with responsibilities.
The Addonnx Legal LLP team thinks that India would have a scoring system for citizens and those who are diligently following the fundamental duties given in Part IVA of the Indian Constitution.
If a scoring system linked to the Aadhar Card is made available and priority is given to law abiding citizens who are in any field implementing fundamental duties, they should be prioritised in
- Public or private employment
- Loans from banking institutions
- School and college admissions
- Issuing Passports
- National and international flights, waterways, and railways
- Sports etc.
When citizens realise and work towards their fundamental duties, they will form a healthy society for many generations to come.
